Summer film Workshop
Project description:
Two groups of children from Prusinowo and Wysiedle villages in Łobez County learned the basics of filming during a fortnightly film workshop. The classes were led by graduates and students from Łódź Film School, who taught the children about the main stages of filmmaking, the rules for using a camera and the film editing process. The children had the opportunity to try their hand at filming with a professional camera under the supervision of a cameraman. The remaining crew members - the director and editors - helped each participant to film the most interesting places in the area. The material filmed by the children and the photos taken by the instructors were used to make two short films, which were shown at the end of the workshop.
All the children who took part in the workshop received books, sweets and copies of the films as mementos of their film holiday.
